How do you price?
It depends on the size of your team and on your setup. After the first call, you get a written proposal with a fixed scope, a fixed length and a price.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I live in Norway (CET, the same time zone as Paris and Berlin) and work with teams across Europe. I'm in Paris regularly, and I come on site for kick-offs and reviews when it helps.
We use a CI system you haven't listed.
The bottlenecks are usually the same: queues, flaky tests, slow feedback and unclear ownership. The tool changes the fix, rarely the diagnosis.
Is my team too small?
Under 20 engineers, an audit is usually more than you need. Write to me anyway, and I'll tell you if a short call is enough.
